Personal Coaching/Recovery Consulting

How do YOU L.I.V.E.? My hope is that you Live Out Loud!

L.I.V.E is an acronymn that stands for LEARN INTEGRITY VALUE EXPERIENCE.

We as humans are learning and experiencing every second: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. For many people, "living out loud" is a far stretch, especially for people who struggle to recover from eating disorders!

My name is Jessica, and I am the founder of Live Out Loud, an eating disorder recovery support and resource initiative. I am also recovered from an over decade struggle with Anorexia & Bulimia. Since recovery I have begun Live Out Loud, in attempts to help people enrich their own recovery. Currently, I am in the process of getting my degree in Psychology and Communications through The Univeristy of Phoenix Online, and In July 2009 I will begin my certification as a life coach, as well as obtaining my C.A.M. (Certificate in Alternative and Complementary Medicine) through Distance Learning.

Currently, in addition to being a student, I hold a certificate in Medical Transcription, and I work as a freelance writer and online marketing/booking agent for a local independent musician. I am in the process of writing my first book. In my own journey - both in recovery and in life, I have learned that Living Out Loud doesn't have to be a far stretch. I am here to help those who are in stable, strong recovery reach their potential in life: a potential that goes far beyond recovery.

Can one recover from an eating disorder? Most definitely! Can one recover from life? No. The words "recovery" and "life" are not interchangable, and while one can completely recover from an eating disorder, there will always be trials and tribulations in life. Just as eating disorders don't discriminate, neither does recovery! I'm here to let you know that it's okay, and that YOU TOO CAN live out loud!
